BaristaLabs makes apps for drivers and tabletop hobbyists. We also provide founder-led software and AI implementation for small teams with a recurring workflow that needs a better system.
One way of building, two kinds of work
Whether we are making a product or working inside a client workflow, we start with one concrete use. We define what the system should and should not do, build something the people responsible for it can maintain, and learn from real use before expanding the scope.

For client work, we begin with one recurring process and the people, systems, data, and decisions involved. We identify where software or AI may help, set the scope and review points, and build with documentation and a maintainable handoff in view.

He brings more than two decades of software architecture experience to small-business AI projects, translating messy workflows into scoped systems with clear risk reviews, practical integrations, and maintainable handoffs. Clients work with him directly during discovery and build decisions instead of being passed through layers of account management.
