About BaristaLabs
BaristaLabs designs, engineers, and ships software. Most of what we make is our own: apps for the road and a web atlas for EV backroads. We also build for a small number of clients who care how their software is made.
Whether we are making a product or working inside a client workflow, we start with one concrete use. We define what the system should and should not do, build something the people responsible for it can maintain, and learn from real use before expanding the scope.

He brings more than two decades of software architecture experience to small-business AI projects, translating messy workflows into scoped systems with clear risk reviews, practical integrations, and maintainable handoffs.
