SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

1. What We Text About

BaristaLabs, LLC runs an AI assistant that texts business owners and their opted-in clients about appointments, bookings, and follow-ups to their inquiries. These texts come from +1 844-564-1926.

We don't send marketing messages.

2. How We Ask for Consent

We ask for permission out loud, on the call, before we send any text. Here's exactly what we say:

Before we text you, we ask: May BaristaLabs send you text messages about this request at this number? Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We only send texts after the caller says yes, and we log that consent.

3. How Often We Text

Message frequency varies, and volume is low. Msg & data rates may apply.

4. Opting Out and Getting Help

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
• Reply HELP for help.

5. Your Mobile Information

We don't share or sell your mobile information to third parties for marketing purposes. For more on how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
