Collaboration inquiries

Have a specific collaboration in mind?

BaristaLabs makes independent software products and builds practical systems for client workflows. If your product, service, or specialist work could support a specific use, tell us what you propose, who it helps, and what you need from BaristaLabs. We will review the fit before discussing scope or terms.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a partnership or set commercial terms.

Start with the fit, not a program label

A useful inquiry names the work, the people it serves, and the contribution expected from each side. These are examples of fit to discuss, not standard programs or preapproved terms.

Product or integration fit
You offer a product, platform, data source, or service that could support a named BaristaLabs product or a specific client workflow. Explain the use, what the connection would do, and which teams or systems it would involve.
Specialist work
You provide specialist work that complements a defined product or client engagement. Share the role, expected deliverable, relevant examples, and any material constraints.
A specific introduction
You see a concrete fit between BaristaLabs and a customer, project, or service. Explain who is involved, the need, and why the introduction may be useful. Referral or commercial terms, if any, require direct discussion.

A verified working relationship

Stilson Greene is listed on the BaristaLabs About page as Principal Creative Consultant. Public case studies document a portfolio rebuild and a repeatable video-promotion workflow for Stilson Greene. Stilson's website also credits BaristaLabs for web design.

This evidence shows a named working relationship. It does not establish a standing partner program, standard benefits, or standard commercial terms.

What to send

Use the contact form and include:

  • your organization or specialty;
  • the specific collaboration you propose;
  • the product, customer, or workflow it would support;
  • what you would contribute;
  • what you need from BaristaLabs;
  • material system, data, access, location, or timing constraints; and
  • the decision you need next.

Do not send credentials, customer records, private exports, or other sensitive material in the first message.

What happens next

BaristaLabs will review the note and reply with the next useful step. That may be a question, a suggested conversation, or a note that the fit is not clear. Scope, ownership, schedule, financial terms, licensing, support, and public announcements are not set until they are discussed and agreed directly.

Frequently asked questions

Does BaristaLabs offer a standard partner program?

BaristaLabs does not publish standard partner levels or terms on this page. Start with a specific collaboration. Any scope, responsibilities, or commercial terms require direct discussion and written agreement.

What kinds of collaboration can I propose?

Propose a product or integration fit, specialist work for a defined engagement, or a specific introduction. Name the use and the contribution expected from each side. BaristaLabs will review the proposal before discussing scope or terms.

Does BaristaLabs offer referral fees or revenue sharing?

No standard referral or revenue terms are published. Do not assume that an introduction creates a fee or revenue share. Raise any commercial request in the inquiry so it can be reviewed directly.

How long does a collaboration take to approve or start?

There is no standard timeline published for collaboration inquiries. Timing depends on fit, scope, dependencies, ownership, and any terms that need agreement.

What does the Stilson Greene relationship show?

BaristaLabs lists Stilson Greene as Principal Creative Consultant, and public case studies document work delivered for Stilson. This is evidence of one named working relationship, not evidence of a program open on standard terms.

May we announce a relationship or use BaristaLabs names or logos?

Include any requested public use in the proposal. Confirm names, logos, case-study references, and announcements directly before publication.
